The next transnational meeting of the EXPERTISE project took place on 24 and 25 February at the TU Dortmund. The technical tools and platforms for skill measurement were discussed in detail, in order to tailor them specifically to silver workers in PSM (Purchasing and Supply Management) and their changing competence requirements due to Industry 4.0. In addition, the curriculum of the learning materials was discussed, which will consist of four overarching units:
1. Introduction to silver workers and lifelong learning in PSM
2. Digitalisation in systems and processes of PSM in the era of Industry 4.0
3. Data Analytics & Management in PSM
4. Future strategic goals and trends in PSM
Additionally, the subsequent case studies were prepared for the evaluation and dissemination of the project results.
